Andrew James Vietto, 68, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2023, at home. He was born on October 9, 1955, in Russellton, Pennsylvania, to Lucienne Jottay and John Vietto. He graduated from Largo High School and began his career at Nabisco and Honeywell. In 1980, he embarked on his journey with the family business, leading Arthur Sailer Window Repairs until his retirement in 2018. Andy's dedication and passion for community service contributed to the growth of Arthur Sailer, eventually allowing his son, David, to take over the business.
Aside from his professional achievements, Andy held a strong passion for music in his earlier years, attending numerous concerts and meeting many of his favorite musicians. He also found enjoyment in sports, following NASCAR, Formula 1, the Miami Dolphins, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Fondly remembered as a loving, caring, and devoted father, grandfather, and friend, Andy was known for his generosity and will be deeply missed.
Survived by his son, David Vietto, and daughter-in-law Brande Vietto; his mother, Lucienne Bender; and siblings, Barry Vietto, Daniel Vietto, and Muriel Hayler; Andy cherished his grandchildren, grandson, Aiden Vietto, and granddaughter, Cambree Vietto.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 1:45 and a Funeral Service at 1:45 all on Monday, January 8, 2024, at The White Chapel in Palm Harbor, located at 1190 Georgia Ave., Palm Harbor, FL 34683. This will be followed by a procession to the graveside for a 3:00 burial at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2853 Sunset Pt Rd., Clearwater, FL 33759.
