Carol (Cretekos) Heald

 It is with tremendous sorrow we say goodbye to our beloved, Carol Cretekos Heald. Carol left us on July 27th after courageously battling ALS, a devastating, unfair illness. Carol was 69 years old.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Aide Cretekos and brother-in-law, George Gunning Scales. She is survived by her husband, William George Heald; her father, Socrates “Odge” George Cretekos; sister, Harriet Cretekos Scales; nephews, John S. Scales (Sarah), Brett G. Scales; niece, Alexandra M. Scales (Mike Forgione); four great-nephews and three great-nieces.

Carol was a cherished, proud member of the Tarpon Springs community and will be deeply missed by the many lives she touched.
