Charles "Gordy" Barnes

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Charles "Gordy" Barnes on November 27, 2024 at the age of 66. Gordy shared 45 beautiful years with his wife and best friend, Kim Barnes. He was a proud and devoted father to his daughters, Megan Barnes and Ashley Patel, along with his son in laws, Sawan Patel and Josh Davidson. The role that brought Gordy the most joy was being "Pa" to his four beloved grandchildren, Miles, Savi, Cohen, and Krish. Gordy also shared a special bond with his black cat, Slinky. In addition to his immediate family, Gordy leaves behind his sister, Beverly and brother in law, Bill Blose, as well as countless family members and friends, whose lives were brighter because of him.

Graveside service will be held at 12:30, on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Cycadia Cemetery, Tarpon Springs.
