Chris Savas

Chris Savas, 65, native of Tarpon Springs, passed away on May 23, 2022. He was a graduate from Tarpon Springs High School, class of 1974 and worked for Pinellas County for many years. Chris enjoyed boating, fishing, camping, hunting or simply being outdoors and was a true outdoorsman. He is survived by one brother, Bill Savas; one sister, Tanya Savas-Mazur (Roy); two nephews, Evan Mazur and Logan Mazur. A visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 and the funeral service starting at 1:00, all on Tuesday, May 31 at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Vinson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
