Edith R. Thompson, 84, of Lecanto, Florida, passed away on February 25, 2023. She was born in Bayshore, Long Island, New York to her parents, Rudolf and Katharina Metzger. She was a bank purchasing agent. She is survived by her loving family and friends. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
