Evelyn Lucille Minor, 79, of Port Richey, passed away on March 29, 2021. She was born in Morgantown, West Virginia, to Zane and Ercelene (Compton) Newhouse. She was a nursing home nurses aide for many years. She is survived by, one son, Frederick Gunpf; two daughters, Mildred Poynter and Alice Chakar; several grandchildren. No services will be held at this time. Vinson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
