Gertrude (Dodson) Lones

Gertrude Lones, 96, of Tarpon Springs, passes away on June 6, 2020, under the care of Suncoast Hospice. She was born in Fort Green, Florida and came here more than 70 years ago. She was a charter member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lones. She is survived by daughters, Roberta "Robbie" Terry and Anna Marie Dodson; brother, Edward Dodson; sisters, Annie Wilson and Mabel Anderson; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren. A family graveside service was held on Thursday, June 11, at Cycadia Cemetery. Vinson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
