Helen Mangos Avagianos, 86, of Tarpon Springs, passed away on October 12, 2022. She born in Tarpon Springs, to her parents, John and Josephine Sauls Mangos. She was a security guard for many years and a Tarpon Springs Police Department reserve officer in the 1970's to 1980's. She is survived by one son, Mark Coriaty; two daughters, Teri Coriaty Nauman and Brandy Avagianos; one brother, Christos Mangos; one sister, Irene (Bob) Doan; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren. Funeral services will take place at 11:00, on Friday, October 28, at the First United Methodist Church, 501 East Tarpon Avenue, Tarpon Springs. Interment will follow at Cycadia Cemetery.
