Henry Eugene Baum, Sr

Henry E. Baum (Sr) passed away, September 18, 2022, at the age of 93. He attended Roosevelt Military Academy, Aledo, ILL and enlisted in the NAVY in 1946.  Afterwards, he went to work for Squire-Cogswell, Chicago, ILL, American LaFrance, Illinois Tool Works, & Squire-Cogswell-Aeros Instruments, Northbrook, ILL where he was Plant Manager, Vice-President, & President of Operations.  He also served as a Board Member and Officer of Redeemer Lutheran Church and as an adult leader/Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 1.  He was husband to, Dolores S. (Pederson) Baum for 67 years, who passed away in September 2019.  He was father to sons, Rev. Dr. Henry E Baum Jr. (wife Tina) Trinity, FL and to Eric P. Baum, Wells, ME. Graveside services for Henry and Dolores, will be held at 10:30, on Monday, November 14, 2022 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
