Joe Louis Malcom, Sr., 78, long time resident of Tarpon Springs, passed away July 7, 2019. He was a United States Air Force veteran. He is survived by his wife, Ruby; two sons, Joe Malcom, Jr and Duane Nash; daughter, Epiphany Ray; sister, Louise Rue; six grandchildren. Visitation from 6:00 to 8:00, Friday, July 12, at Vinson Funeral Home. Funeral service at 11:00, on Saturday, July 13, at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. Graveside service at 11:00, on Monday, July 15 at Florida National Cemetery. Vinson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
