John Sokratis Papageorgiou

John Sokratis Papageorgiou, 87, of Tarpon Springs, passed away on June 8, 2024. He was born in Innouses, Chios, Greece to his parents, Sokratis and Sofia Papageorgiou. He was a residential and Commercial Painter for many years. He is survived by his loving wife, Sophie Papageorgiou; one son, Socrates Papageorgiou; one daughter, Lisa (Jim) Stavropoulos; one brother, George (Tixi) Papageorgiou; three grandchildren, Yianni, Sofia and Demetrius. A visitation will be held from 11:00 to 12:00, with the funeral starting at 12:00, all on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Entombment will follow at Cycadia Cemetery.
