Leoni Peperis (Peperis) Nelsen

Leoni Peperis Nelsen, 87, a native of Tarpon Springs, passed away on, Wednesday, December 18, 2019. She returned to Tarpon Springs in 2003, from Washington DC, where she worked for the State Department in the Diplomatic Security department. She is survived by her husband, William Nelsen; two sisters, Bessie Bouchlas and Zula Peperis; two nephews, Stelios Bouchlas and Deno Bouchlas; several cousins. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 and a funeral service starting at 11, all on, Monday, December 23, at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Interment will take place at Cycadia Cemetery. Family requests contributions to St. Nicholas Cathedral, or St. Nicholas Cathedral Choir.
