Lyndon N. Uy, 58, of Palm Harbor, died suddenly on Thursday, June 8th, 2023 at Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, FL. He was born in the Philippines on May 15, 1965 to his parents, Agripino and Adelaida Uy. He graduated from Jamaica High School in New York City in 1983 and found his passion for DJing, which became a very significant part of his life. He worked as an IT Director at Greater Harlem Nursing Home and DJ'd at many clubs and venues in NYC in the 80's, 90's, and 2000's. He moved to Florida with his parents in the early 2000's to be closer to his family. Lyndon loved his family, good food, good times with friends, music, DJing, playing poker, the NY Mets, the NY Jets, and making people laugh. His smile lit up the room and made those around him happy.
He is survived by his parents; his sisters, Adele and Arlyne; brothers in law, Frank and Lenny; nephews, Joseph, Robert, John, Thomas, Nicholas, Matthew, and Karna; Joseph's fiancé, Jessica; along with many cousins, uncles, and aunts.
Family, friends, and others whose lives Lyndon touched, are invited to Michels-Lundquist Funeral Home at 5228 Trouble Creek Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34652, on Tuesday, June 13th from 6:00 to 8:00 and on Wednesday, June 14th from 5:00 to 8:00 pm to celebrate a life well lived.
