Mary Elizabeth Mullins, affectionately known as "Granny “ 82, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida passed away on January 26, 2024. She was born on February 9, 1941, in Bluefield, West Virginia and moved to Florida in 1958. Mary managed an elementary school cafeteria in Hillsborough County for over 30 years. Mary found solace in watching the sunsets in Tarpon Springs, spending time with her family and friends, camping, crocheting, and raising her pony (Beauty). Mary was a proud and hard worker, nonetheless, she was defined not just by her work ethic and pride but also by her love of her family and nature. Mary's life was a testament to her love and devotion to her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Adam Mullins of 60 years. She is survived by her two daughters, Darlene Gieselman and her husband, Bob, and Dolores Koulias and her husband, Nick; four grandchildren, Crystal Ink (Lee), Brittany Davis (John), Brian Gieselman (Raquel) and Adam “AJ” McKee; seven great-grandchildren, Russell and Hannah Ink, Elliot, Nathan, Eliza and Luke Davis, and Miles Gieselman.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 on Thursday, February 1st at the First United Methodist Church, 501 East Tarpon Avenue, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689
