Nancy C. Bennett

Nancy Carolyn Bennett, 91 of Tarpon Springs passed away on February 13th 2025. Nancy was born in Miami Florida and graduated from Miami High School in 1951. After high school she met the love her life Don Bennett. While Don was away with the Air Force, Nancy worked as a stenographer at the court house. They married upon his return from Korea in 1952. A marriage that lasted for 69 years. They moved to Tarpon Springs in 1969 and started a State Farm Insurance career. She was active in the Christian Woman's Club and started Friendship Bible Coffee; a study in her home that ultimately became an outreach program within the community. She was smart, beautiful and loved by everyone. She is survived by her two sons, Steve Bennett (Connie) and David Bennett; three grandsons, Steven Bennett, Jeffrey Bennett (Ciara) and Michael Bennett (Joi); two great grandsons, JJ Bennett and Joshua Bennett. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday March 1st at Michels and Lundquist Funeral Home. 5228 Trouble Creek Road, New Port Richey.
