Peggy (Romell) Knupke

Peggy Ruth (Romell) Knupke, age 68, of Tarpon Springs, Florida, passed away on, June 6, 2023, after a long battle with illness.  Peggy, born on March 6, 1955, grew up in Milan, Ohio and graduated from Ehove Joint Vocational School, where she trained as a stylist.  Peggy was the proud owner of Groomingdales and is most known for her business, dogs, and dog grooming. She lived life to the fullest.  Peggy is preceded in death by her father, Robert Romell and her brother, Bobby Romell.  She is survived by two beautiful daughters, Angela (Eric) Szunyogh and Andrea (Donald) Boaz; three sisters, Madeline Romell Keller, Debbie Meinert and Denise Showman; one parent, Lou Romell; and two grandchildren, Derek Niederhofer and Hannah Szunyogh. The family of Peggy, wishes to extend our sincere thanks to AccentCare Inpatient Hospice Center for their exceptional care.

A memorial will be held at 11:00, on Saturday, June 24, in the chapel at Michels and Lundquist Funeral Home.
