Peter Cimos Angelis

Peter Cimos Angelis, age 88, native of Tarpon Springs, passed away on February 28, 2024. His parents were, Cimos and Marianthi (Ypsilantis) Angelis. He was a graduate of Tarpon Springs High School and served in the United States Army. He repaired Army radars for six years, Avionics Electronic Technician and was a member of the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Georgiou Angelis and two sons, George Angelis and Dennis Angelis. He is survived by one son, Cimos Angelis; one daughter, Lia Angelis; two honorary daughters, Debbie Herndon and Kim Vela; nieces and nephew, Mary Ann Angelis, Miros Petru, Thomaitsa Spanos; two granddaughters, Christina Sacks and Jaimie Calabrese.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00, with a service at 11:00, all on Monday, March 4th, at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Interment will follow at Cycadia Cemetery.
